Details
Membership of the Royal British Legion is open to all ex-service men and women. Others, including young people aged 16 and over, may also become members. All ex-servicemen and women are urged to join the Legion and so help to care for their less fortunate comrades. The Branch owns the Royal British Legion Hall in Rutten Lane.

Royal British Legion Services Committee
The Services Committee of the Royal British Legion exists to help, either by cash or in other ways, ex-service men and women, or their families, who are in need through illness or other causes. All enquiries are treated in strictest confidence. Anyone so qualified, or knowing of anyone in this position, is asked to contact the organiser straight away. Meetings are held on the 1st Monday in the month at 8.00 pm.

Membership of the British Legion (Village) Club is restricted to members of the Royal British Legion.
Opening Hours
Monday - Thursday 5.00 pm - 11.00 pm, Friday 5.00 pm - 1.00 am, Saturday 12 noon - 1.00 am.
Sunday 12 noon - 11.00 pm
Monthly committee meetings - 3rd Wednesday at 7.00 pm
